By browsing or ordering from blingaddiction.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may cancel an order where a listing contains an obvious pricing or description error, and will refund you in full if we do.
Product presentation
Colors, stone brilliance and scale vary between screens and photography setups. Dimensions listed on each product page are the accurate reference.
Shipping and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Luxury Edit orders require a signature.
Returns
Unworn pieces may be returned in original packaging within 30 days. Pierced earrings and personalised items are final sale.
Intellectual property
All imagery, copy, designs and the BLING ADDICTION name are owned by BLING ADDICTION LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BLING ADDICTION LLC is registered.
